We do not offer most returns or exchanges for correct items recieved. If there is an issue with your order and the wrong item was recieved, I do honor exchanges :)  For all other issues, if an order return is honored, customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the item to return to Pixie Dust Magic Co and for the new item to be sent. This does not apply to order corrections. 

Returns cannot be made for postal delays!! Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is under the control of USPS* 

My processing time is currently 2-3 weeks (business days only). No orders will be mailed on the weekends to perserve time I can spend with family ♡ 

Please see individual listings, should there be any exceptions (i.e some pre-order items take longer to process and will be stated in the listing) 

No. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to have your order processed (though i try my best to have them out sooner) and have the label printed and packaged. This does not include the time it takes in the post. You can choose faster shipping options at checkout but those times are from when I drop it off at the post office :) No orders will be dropped off on Saturdays. 

Once USPS has the package, I cannot control the speed of items being scanned in or shipped and we are not responsible for any packages lost or delivered to the wrong address. Issues with USPS must be handled with the post. 

NAIL ART SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: There are 2 options at checkout for nail art only orders. One $2 option - NO TRACKING or a $4.50 option WITH TRACKING. We offer both to help offset the cost of shipping for you so it’s not half the cost of the whole order. However, we cannot be responsible for untracked shipping in the event the order is lost by USPS. Please be aware of this and select the option that works best for you <3 

We no longer offer in person pickup or delivery. If you wish to shop in person, we encourage you to shop at one of our in-person events. You can find us at The Adventure Markets located in Riverside Ca on their event days. To view their schedule, follow them on @theadventuremarkets on IG. 

Other than vending at TAM, all orders must be placed on drop days via the website. 

Each item listed as a preorder will state their expected arrival times in their individual descriptions! Please make sure to read item descriptions to see when your order is expected to ship *before purchasing*.  Once an order is placed on a stated preorder item, the customer agrees to keep their order and the item will be shipped within the stated timeframe. Refunds will not be honored for preorder items until after the stated processing time has passed.

If your order has been marked as delivered, lost in trasnist, etc. you will need to file a claim directly with USPS.
